For a fun and unique experience on St. Simons Island, host your next event at our studio.  We will help you customize your next corporate gathering, team-building session, bachelorette party, graduation, birthday, retirement, divorce celebration, ladies night out, afternoon PilaTEA party, couples night out, or holiday gathering. You can select a party package or create your own from our menu of options and add-ons. Please contact us to schedule.

In collaboration with area hotels, venues, and businesses and other outstanding practitioners, we host annual Pilates, Yoga, & Wellness Retreats here in the beautiful Golden Isles. We also arrange & host similar retreats in other incredible destinations.

Because often we are focused during class or in a session, we like to gather with one another outside of studio hours and operations.  Each month we meet at an a restaurant, bar, venue, or at island pilates to meet, greet, and enjoy our studio wellness community.  This is a long-standing tradition from Rachael's two previous studios, and it truly is a wonderful way meet & befriend fellow clients & neighbors. We believe that Pilates, Yoga, & wellness should be accessible to all. We strive to keep our pricing reasonable and also host a minimum of one  community class per month that is conducted on a donation basis.  Formats vary and may include Pilates Mat with Props, Family Yoga, Salsa & Merengue, Disco Dance, Gentle Stretch, & more.  Click here for a calendar of upcoming community classes and for more information.
